Billing and Reimbursement

Specialized Psychiatry, LLC is an out of network practice for all insurance companies.

Payment is due in full on the day of the visit and is made via credit card which will be securely processed and stored through Bluefin. If you have an HSA or FSA account, you may also use that for payment for your appointments.

Patients will be given a "superbill" for the services provided. This serves as your medical billing receipt, which you can submit to your insurance company for reimbursement. The superbill includes the billing codes and diagnostic codes required for insurance reimbursement.

Insurances that include out-of-network benefits often reimburse 20-90% of fees.
